How to Get Started With Premier Remodeling & Design
1. In-Home Consultation With One Of Our Owners (In Your Case This Would Be Me)
We begin with a personal, on-site consultation led by me as the owner at your home. This allows us to evaluate your current kitchen, understand how you use the space, offer some suggestions and learn what goals you want to achieve tackling this remodeling project.
Whether you’re looking to completely reimagine your kitchen or simply upgrade your existing layout, this first step is all about clarity and direction.
2. Design Direction & Project Options
Once we understand your goals, we’ll walk through layout possibilities, additional design ideas, and functional improvements. We’ll take precise measurements and present the best path forward based on your vision and budget.
You’ll typically choose between two options:
- Full Custom Kitchen Remodel – Ideal if you want to redesign the layout, relocate cabinets, or make structural changes.
- 10x10 Kitchen Remodel – $20,000 – Our most popular option. A complete kitchen transformation with all new cabinets, countertops and design, backed by our 14-Day Remodel Guarantee.
- If your project goes beyond 14 days, you receive 10% off for each additional week that the project isn’t completed.

3. Selections & Project Agreement
Once you decide to move forward, we guide you through finalizing all material selections so everything can be ordered and on-site before demolition begins. This ensures a smooth, efficient build with no delays.
At this stage, you’ll also review and sign a detailed project agreement outlining exactly what’s included, both in terms of materials and scope of work, so you never have any surprises.
The agreement will include a clear progress payment schedule as follows:
- 50% upfront – covers ordering of materials and secures your project on our schedule
- 35% after demo & cabinet installation
- Remaining balance due upon substantial completion
Selection Process
You’ll choose from a curated set of high-quality options:
- Cabinet style and color
- Quartz countertop selections
- Kitchen sink and faucet
- Cabinet hardware (pulls)
All of these are included in our fixed-price 10x10 kitchen remodel, keeping the process simple, streamlined, and fully transparent.
4. Ordering & Scheduling
Once selections have been finalized, we place all material orders immediately. Assuming all of the materials are in stock, we can typically begin your project within 2 weeks.
You’ll receive a clear start date and timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
5. Build Phase – Fast, Clean, and Controlled
Our team handles everything from demo to installation with a focus on efficiency, cleanliness, and precision.
- Typical project timeline: 10–14 days
- Owners are on-site daily
- No subcontractors, no handoffs, no delays

6. Final Walkthrough & Completion
Once your kitchen is complete, we walk the space with you to ensure every detail meets our standards and yours.
